Shipping & Returns

At SailPin, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. That means zero excess inventory — and a slightly longer lead time than you might expect from a warehouse-stocked store. We believe in being upfront about it.


Production & Shipping Times

All orders go through two stages: production, then shipping.

Stage Timeframe
Production (printing, embroidery, or engraving) 3–7 business days
Shipping (US domestic) 3–5 business days
Shipping (International) 7–21 business days

Total estimated delivery: 6–12 business days (US) / 10–28 business days (International).

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Rush options are not currently available.


Carriers

Domestic orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on product type and your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.


Return & Exchange Policy

Because every SailPin product is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. Please review our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

However, we stand behind our quality. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right — no hassle.

Eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item or color received
  • Significant print or embroidery quality issues

Not eligible:

  • Wrong size ordered (please use our Size Guide)
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variation due to screen calibration

To report a problem, email us at info@sailpin.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us if the issue isn't resolved — we'll work with you to find a solution.
